Strong in Nepali, Confident in English

DPS is not trying to replace Nepali with English. We are helping students become bilingual, confident, and future-ready — strong enough to serve Nepal, and confident enough to communicate with the wider world.

DPS ले नेपालीलाई अंग्रेजीले प्रतिस्थापन गरिरहेको छैन। हामी विद्यार्थीहरूलाई द्विभाषी, आत्मविश्वासी र भविष्यका लागि तयार बनाउन मद्दत गरिरहेका छौं।

Nepali Language

Serious about Nepali — because our children live in Nepal

Some schools let Nepali become weak while chasing English. We do not. Our students must be prepared for Nepal's education system, government examinations, future government work and public service, communication with society, and responsible citizenship. We want every student to read, write, speak and understand Nepali properly — and to know Nepali culture, history and identity with pride.

📖

Read & Write Properly

Daily reading and writing practice so Nepali stays strong at every grade level.

🏛️

Ready for Nepal's Exams

Prepared for the national education system and government examinations.

🇳🇵

Culture & Identity

Understanding Nepali history, culture and identity — the roots of responsible citizenship.

💼

Public & Professional Life

Strong Nepali for future government work, public service, and life in society.

English Language

Natural English, not grammar memorization

English matters for higher education, technology, online learning, future jobs, and confidence in the modern world. Our goal is children who listen, speak, read and write English naturally.

American Video Curriculum

Students hear natural English daily — real pronunciation, real sentence patterns, real vocabulary.

Listen & Speak First

Confidence comes from hearing and speaking, not only from grammar rules.

Read & Write Well

Structured reading and writing habits build real academic English.

Review Anytime

Video lessons let students see, hear, repeat and review until they truly understand.

Balanced Philosophy

Bilingual, confident, future-ready

A child who is strong in Nepali but weak in English is limited in the modern world. A child who is fluent in English but weak in Nepali is limited in their own country. At DPS, we refuse to make that trade. Both languages, properly taught, give our students the freedom to choose any future — in Nepal or beyond.

"Strong enough to serve Nepal."

Nepali — school, exams, public life, identity

"Confident enough to reach the world."

English — higher education, technology, global communication
